Prerequisites
The learner undertaking this learning programme should be competent in :
1. Communication at level 2 or the equivalent Grade 9 (STD 7);
2. Trinity knowledge is essential;
3. ICMS knowledge is essential;
4. Trans Track Knowledge will be beneficial;
5. Teller knowledge would be beneficial.
6. Soft skills such as, self-control, judgment and initiative will also be beneficial.
